Storing and reheating your rolls
Store airtight for 2–3 days, refrigerate up to 7 days, or freeze up to 2 months. Warm an individual roll for 10–15 seconds in the microwave, or 2–3 minutes at 350°F for a whole tray.

How the weekly order window works
Ordering opens Sunday and closes Thursday at 8 PM. We bake Friday through Sunday and confirm delivery details for your Greater Houston address after checkout.
Planning an office or gift order
Share your team size or recipient count, delivery ZIP, and target date. Multi-recipient and date-coordinated orders need a little more planning time than a single dozen.
